We are an exciting and vibrant community venue that invites the public to enjoy our high quality café, menu and accessible kids play area, providing income to re-invest for the benefit of our trainees as well as providing them valuable work experience.
Our Catering and Café team designed and launched a training programme for the trainees that work within the Commercial Kitchen and Café. Whether to assist the trainees to gain qualifications to help their CVs, or just provide some extra confidence in their abilities, trainees can work towards their Bronze, Silver or Gold in Catering and Food Hygiene if they are working in the Kitchen or Barista Training in the Café. The training programmes have been designed by our expert team to challenge the trainees, help them gain skills and reach their potential, all at their own speed.
