Description
I work with children, adolescents, adults, seniors. The Gym offers various types of fitness classes such as Stay Fit or Kettlebell Workout class and Boxing class for children and adults (children Tuesday and Thursday 4.30pm) (open ages 14+ Monday to Wednesday 7pm, Friday 6pm).

- Monday - 6.30am to 8.30pm (Classes available boxing and fitness)
- Tuesday - 930am to 7.30pm (Classes available kids boxing 4.30pm, kettlebell class 6pm )
- Wednesday - Anything But Ordinary Fitness 11am and 12.30, boxing class 7pm
- Thursday - 9.30am to 7.30pm (Classes available Stay Fit 9.45am, Kids Boxing 4.30pm, Kkttlebell workout 6pm)
- Friday - 6.30am-7.30pm (Boxing Fit 6.30am, boxing class 6pm)
- Saturday - 12pm to 2pm open Space
- Sunday - 10am to 11.30am fitness class
