The Children’s Sleep Charity use a behavioural approach to sleep and work in partnership with families. Aims to support families to get a better night’s sleep by offering workshops, clinics and written materials.
Areas where they offer help:
- Sleep success for families of children with Autism
- Sleep success for families of children with ADHD
- Sleep success
They run a helpline dedicated to helping the nation sleep better. Their free helpline is run by trained sleep advisors, many of whom are specialists in working with SEND. They can talk to young people directly, parents, and other adults about their sleep issues.

Available Monday and Wednesday mornings 9.00 to 11.00am and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7.00pm to 9.00pm
