Chailey Heritage Foundation, a national charity in East Sussex, provides education (3 to 19) and care for children and young adults up to 25 with severe and complex health needs. Packages offer day placements up to 52 week care, and a short break service.
Highly trained specialist staff offer a high ratio of staff to pupils to support their special needs.
Therapies and 24 hour nursing care with access to Drs and Consultants, all provided by Chailey Heritage Clinical Services, part of the Sussex Community NHS Trust.
Facilities include a Hydrotherapy pool, Hippotherapy, wheelchair track system, independent Advocacy Service, overnight accommodation for parents to hire.
Transition Service for adults aged 19 to 25 and on-site facilities include a Life Skills Centre with fully accessible gym, ICT suite, spa, arts and crafts, treatment rooms, all open to the wider disabled community.
