Description
We facilitate personal and professional growth for people with autism and complex needs, increasing opportunities for exciting and sustainable work to improve lives and prospects.
We provide unemployed adults and young people aged 14 to 19 with vocational training using personalised avatars in a safe and secure 3D environment.
Our Nominet award winning 3D virtual world is accessible from home or local digital access points, ensuring full location accessibility.
All staff are trained annually in health and safety, safeguarding, equality and diversity and autism awareness. All learning managers have or are working on A1 Assessor award; all directors have or are working on V1 Verifier award.
We have TechUK Business Professional Certification and are a satellite centre of Beacon Education Partnership, through whom we are Ofsted inspected and have attained Matrix Standard.
All our courses are personalised and supported online by experienced learning support officers, trainers, assessors and IT industry professionals.
