WPS is a two class entry primary school for children aged 5 to 11 years on the Somerset Dorset and Wiltshire border. We are an inclusive school that has excellent facilities catering for different accessibility levels and needs. We follow the Somersets Graduated Response Tool which outlines ordinarily available provision for children and young people with SEND. At WPS we aim to provide the highest standard of education within a caring and stimulating environment. The Intent of our curriculum is to secure knowledge skills and attitudes to equip our pupils to become successful members of our society. Giving experiences that fosters aspiration and achievement whilst developing confidence and stamina to meet the challenges and risks life presents. Having resilience of character that drives and motivates us to become successful are key to our development. We have designed our curriculum to provide opportunities for all enriching their learning and their lives.
