Neighbourhood Planning
The former South Somerset District Council approved the designation of the parish of Ilminster as a Neighbourhood Area. This was done in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 part 2, regulation 7.
The area to which the designation relates is the whole of the parish of Ilminster as identified in the map below. This designation sets out the area which the Ilminster Neighbourhood Plan will cover, no other Neighbourhood Plans being permitted in that area.
