Fees

Somerset Council’s Planning Service is committed to providing high quality and efficient service to applicants seeking planning permission, and to the local community affected by any such permission. The Council therefore charges fees for: 

• Planning Obligations Management 
• Request to confirm compliance with a Section 106 obligation or Community Infrastructure Levy
• Request to modify a Section 106 obligation 
• Submission of documents to discharge a Section 106 obligation 

Planning obligations secured in respect of nutrient neutrality and reduction of the impact of phosphates on the Somerset and Moors Ramsar Site are subject to separate charges.
