Residents in the Yeovil area are being advised that Yeovil Recycling Site will be closed for the day on Friday, 8 November. Somerset Council’s contractor, Biffa will be carrying out resurfacing work.

The maintenance is only expected to take one day and the site will reopen on Saturday, 9 November.

Residents wishing to access the site on this day should visit their next nearest site – the closest being Chard and Somerton.

Recycling Sites are open from 9am to 5pm midweek, and from 9am to 4pm at the weekend.
