Somerset Parent Carer Forum have teamed up with Magdalen Farm to bring you a family day visit.
If you have a child or young person with SEND (up to and including 25 years) we would love to see you on Wednesday 19 February from 10am to 3pm.
The day is part of the Just Act Natural programme and is a family event. Enjoy animal care, jacket potato lunch and woodland adventures.
There is a cost of £10 per person but give us a call if that’s too much.
