The event will take place on Monday 25 November at A Block, County Hall, Taunton, TA1 4DY.

The event also features a series of talks on various topics related to financial planning for care and support needs. Attendees are encouraged to register for these sessions to ensure their participation. The event is free, and registration for the presentations can be completed online at bit.ly/plancareandsupport.
Tickets are limited and people are encouraged to take advantage of the drop-in support available if they are unable to secure a ticket.
Councillor Sarah Wakefield, Lead Member for Adults Services, Housing and Homelessness at Somerset Council, will introduce the event at 10:15 AM.
Cllr Wakefield emphasised the importance of events like these, stating:
We understand that planning for care and support needs can be overwhelming, and it’s not something that you ever want to have to think about. This event is a fantastic opportunity for our community to access the information and resources they need to make informed decisions. I really encourage people to attend and take advantage of the expertise available.
