It’s hard to believe we are already at the closing stages of 2024, and what a busy year it has been. This year has seen the launch of our Let’s Talk SEND and Inclusion events which go alongside our monthly listening events and provide a space for conversations between families and service providers.

We have seen our new SEND Navigator project come to life and they have already worked with over 150 parent carers providing signposting, support to complete forms and offering a friendly and supporting ear. If you want to know more about the Navigators please visit our website.

We are looking forward to 2025 and have some exciting plans including our Let’s Talk SEND and Inclusion event in March, a conference on Neurodiversity in the summer and lots of parent carer events and coffee mornings.

We would like to thank our 4320 members for their ongoing support and taking the time to share their views and experiences with us to help shape our work. We wish them and our wider SEND community in Somerset a relaxing and fun holiday and look forward to continuing our work with you in 2025.
