What will I be doing?
We’re working to improve the lives of people here in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
You will be working as part of a team to provide vital support to our frontline teams in a busy office environment. You will carry out a wide range of administrative tasks to support the teams. The tasks will include;
- supporting the Adult Social Care service for the West of the County.
- minute taking at sensitive and highly confidential meetings
- processing referrals
- record management
- data analysis using our electronic databases
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:
- Attention to detail
- good IT skills
- excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise work to meet changing deadlines
- minute taking experience
