Tenancy accreditation scheme: The Tenancy accreditation scheme is called the Home Achievement Programme (HAP). HAP is an educational tool that embeds knowledge in key areas but also draws on personal experience as a motivational tool for change. The completion of HAP whilst in temporary or supported accommodation is one mandatory component to move on and is fully accredited through one awards.
