Purpose of the processing

The personal data you provide is used to determine and monitor applications and activities relating to sites which require a permit for the control and prevention of pollution to the environment.

How long will the data be kept for

20 years after closure of the site unless remediation is required upon closure in which case data will be held for 40 years from last action.
