Purpose of the Processing: The personal data you provide is used to enable the council to process your grant application. This includes sharing some of your personal data, using videos and photographic evidence provided by the owner/tenant with other agencies and third party contractors and recording your data on the council secure system.

- Other household information including, gender, age, relationships

Special Categories of Personal Data being Processed (if appropriate): Ethnic origin (including Nationality) and health (mental or physical)
Legal Basis for Processing Special Categories of Personal Data: Public interest in the area of Public Health and substantial public interest
