Purpose of the processing

The personal data you provide is used to enable the council to look into your comment or complaint and to respond in line with the Council’s policy. We also use the data collected to produce anonymised monitoring reports which are published internally on a monthly basis and to our Cabinet, as part of the corporate performance report, on a quarterly basis. We also monitor and log praise in the same way.
