Description
A 12-acre site in central Frome, previously home to various industrial activities including steel presses. Currently vacant, it includes a number of vacant buildings in different stage of dilapidation and open some are accessible subject to individual risk assessments, others are not. The site is mostly flat, with a steep elevation to the south and has a car park area and a former abattoir on the western boundary.
