Description
Supportive peer groups where you can chat about any issues you may be facing and learn life skills such as managing your emotions/anxiety, practicing self-care, building resilience, improving wellbeing and having fun!
Peer groups are run by trained youth workers who can provide support both in and out of the group setting. They can signpost to additional support services where needed.
Groups aged 11-17 and 17-24 run on alternating weeks, please contact to find out which week your age group runs.
