Closed youth club for young people with Special educational needs and disabilities.

Monthly youth group session with a range of positive activities designed to develop skills, confidence, and social emotional learning for young people with disabilities, additional needs,  Education, Health and Care plan, Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.

For all children and young people aged 0 to 18-years-old in Somerset with a disability or additional needs. Grant funded by Somerset Council as part of the Community Inclusion and Activity Team Club Activities Calendar.

You do not have to be referred to any service to access these activities, unless otherwise stated.
