Description

Transition workers (autism) from the new virtual school will meet families at Fyne Court and explore the woodlands and then have a picnic.

Please bring snack as we will stop for a snack /drink during our walk. There is a café on site, please look at website for menu if interested.

Some families may bring their autism assist or family pet dog, which will always be on a lead.

There is an area to play outdoor games, so we encourage parents to bring these along.

Accessible toilets are available. It is not wheelchair accessible. 3 wheeled buggies may be ok.

This will be open to families known to the transition workers (formally known as Children’s Autism Outreach Team – CAOT).
Children on the pathway are also welcome to attend please, see contact details to book a place.
