Community Inclusion Activity Team: Young Person’s Day

2 Games of bowling and lunch. Young people new to our service will need to attend with a parent carer or if 1-1 support is required.

For all children and young people in Somerset with a disability or additional needs.

Suitable for ages 8 to 18.

Grant funded by Somerset Council as part of the Community Inclusion and Activity Team Activities Calendar.

You do not have to be referred to any service to access these activities, unless otherwise stated.
