The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government has received an appeal by Lochailort Investments against the Council’s Non-determination of Application at the above sites.
The appeal references are APP/E3335/W/24/3337357, APP/E3335/W/24/3338939 & APP/E3335/W/24/3337232 and the starting date is 3 May 2024. The appeal is to be dealt with by way of Informal Hearing.
