Notice is hereby given that Somerset Council intends to dispose of the freehold interest in the open or green spaces in Wellington to Wellington Town Council.
The consideration for the transfers will be maintenance for the Public Benefit.
A plan of the land referred to above can be viewed below:
Representations in respect of the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Property Governance, Corporate Property, Somerset Council, County Hall, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 4DY or emailed to propertygovernance@somerset.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on 22 November 2024.
