Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)

Abuse and neglect can affect a child at any age. The abuse can be so damaging that some children may take a long time to recover. In some cases, the effects of the abuse will stay with them forever.

A webinar has been developed by the Educational Psychology Service in collaboration with the Somerset Parent Carer Forum as part of a Public Health project. It is for parents and carers who want to prevent Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) or support their child(ren) to heal from previous adversity.
