Somerset Foundation Trust’s Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a free and confidential service that:
- Help answer any questions about your care and treatment received from Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and provide information on NHS services
- Advise and support you, your family and/or carers about matters relating to Somerset NHS Foundation Trust
- Listen to your suggestions for improving our services for patients and visitors, and respond to your suggestions and queries
