Improving accessibility
We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of Somerset’s SEND Local Offer. If you find any problems not listed in this accessibility plan or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, you can use the feedback form at the bottom of most pages, or email localoffer@somerset.gov.uk. We also act upon feedback from our Digital Customer Volunteers who help shape, design and create online digital customer services that meet the needs of our customers. We are also developing Local Offer Reference Groups to enable quicker focussed feedback.
The Local Offer Annual Report provides information on how Somerset’s SEND Local Offer has evolved using feedback from its users, especially parent carers and children and young people.
