Introduction
The Licensing function has been changing since the formation of the new Council in April 2023, when all the district Licensing teams formally joined together.
Work to replace all the policies, procedures and other working arrangements that differ between those districts is ongoing. But, due to cost saving measures necessary to tackle the Council’s financial emergency, there are also now fewer staff in the team than there were in April 2023.
