Team Leaders x 2

£29,728 - £33,291

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop a new and innovative service and lead a small team who will provide a strong supporting mechanism for those children and young people at most risk of negative outcomes (e.g. those in PRUs and specialist provision, and/or on the fringes of becoming looked after). The team’s role will be to identify and co-ordinate specific intervention packages, aimed at reducing risks and improving the life chances of these vulnerable children and young people within the area of Sedgemoor and Taunton and West Somerset. The Team Leader will be primarily concerned with building on the experience of the existing team in South Somerset and driving this forward in the new areas. You should have an appropriate Social Work, Teacher, Youth Worker or other related qualification.
