The County Arts Service, is part of Somerset Culture & Community Directorate and has five policy themes,

These themes are shared with the five District Authority Arts Services - Mendip, Sedgemoor, South Somerset, Taunton Deane and West Somerset (who outsource their arts delivery to ArtLife, the West Somerset Arts Consortium).
The County Arts Service offers revenue grants, information, networking, fundraising advice and seeks to work in partnership with a range of other agencies.
