Internet Service Standards
As part of our commitment to providing quality web services, Somerset County Council uses an external website monitoring, reporting and alerting service to ensure our website is available and performing satisfactorily. Our aim is to maintain the availability of this website at 95% or greater over a rolling twelve month period.
Availability is the time when the website is accessible from the Internet, and is not subject to a planned or unplanned outage.
